Floral Designs:
Floral designs create a natural and beautiful ambiance in weddings and special events. In 2024 it is predicted to see bright, bold and vibrant colors in floral designs. Color palettes that include pink in the magenta hues, purple- liliac, blues and yellows, wildflower colors or sunset color pallets are in to create the vibrant touch. Vibrant colors are bright, energetic and bubbly colors that enhance the personality of the space.
It’s also expected that floral arrangements form part of a statement that is being portrayed. Don’t be afraid of using unique flowers along side your contemporary florals (hydrangeas, peonies, baby breath, etc) to create a distinct look. Part of the ‘statement’ comes the choice of vase or centerpiece that the floral arrangement will sit on. Invitations and signage is an integrate part of your event and yes, invitations still exist! The modern world is combining the traditional invitation to incorporate technology. Quick summary of 2024 invitation trends;
Use of lighter color palettes
QR codes for RSVPs. Makes it much easier to keep your guest list up to date!
We are seeing a transition back to traditional sizing rather than arched invitations which includes more rectangular and square sharped invitations and signs.
Use of eco-friendly card stock paper.
Include texture in your invitations with organic fabrics like silk or velvet ribbons. You can also use printing techniques like letter pressing or embossing.
Event Themes and Colors:
The event trend is expected to be delightful and bright in 2024. The 2024 Event Planner Expo states that “brighter, bolder, and more vivid in color schemes” is the way to go in 2024. Some examples could be hunter green, apricot, rusty pink, hues of blue or purple.
